Hire Forest Tots

 - Delivery, setup and pickup

 - Specifies additional items at extra cost

 

Please note: It is the responsibility of the hirer to protect our activities from weather conditions for the duration of the event, should they be used outside.

Event Hire Terms & Conditions

Booking + Cancellation

1. Please fill out the form on this page to check availability and receive a quote.

2. Booking availability and quote will be confirmed via email.

3. If the hirer wishes to go ahead  with the booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made via BACS or PayPal.

4. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

5. In the event of cancellation outside one week's notice of the event date, the deposit may be transferred to re-book on a different day (subject to availability). If the booking is cancelled within one week of the event date, the deposit will be withheld and rebooking will be required.

6. Prices are subject to change (not applicable to confirmed bookings)

7. All changes must be agreed by email in advance by ForestTots prior to hire date.

8. If ForestTots cancels the booking, a full refund will be given.

9. ForestTots activities do not work well in extreme heat/rain, so it is the responsibility of the hirer to have a backup plan for outside use. Our activities should be brought inside/under shelter/shade in the event of rain/ extreme heat.

10. Catering or party bags are not included in the price.

Delivery/Pickup of Activities

1. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure there is enough space for the ForestTots setup. The activity trays are independent so can be placed separately, but in total approx. 8m squared. (roughly 2m squared per table)

2. We will arrive 1hour before the declared party start time to set up and will take up to 1hour after the declared party end time to pack up. Please allocate this time for any venue hire cost.

3. An itemised list of activities delivered will be agreed with the hirer on delivery which, along with these terms and conditions, should be signed by the hirer.

4. Any items be missing/damaged should be paid for by the hirer.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform us of any allergies for any children attending the event. All children remain the responsibility of the adults. For health and safety reasons, all activities should remain on the table, and adult supervision is strongly advised.
